Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)

Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)

IDEC PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) are reliable and efficient automation controllers designed to meet the needs of a variety of industries, including manufacturing and industrial automation. Known for its compact design, scalability, and ease of programming, IDEC PLCs provide users with advanced features to optimize processes and improve productivity.

Micro PLC (2)

IDEC's micro programmable logic controllers can offer up to 2,060 I/O points, giving you the ability to control large machines or small-scale manufacturing facilities. You can also find IIoT-enabled devices in our product lineup, increasing your connectivity options and control system possibilities.

SmartRelay (1)
Get smart with the fully programmable IDEC SmartRelay, a compact, expandable CPU that can replace multiple timers, relays and counters. Each CPU houses a real-time clock and calendar, and supports optional expansion I/O modules to enhance your control and monitoring applications. Program and edit using either the on-board selection buttons and display interface, or our programming software, WindLGC. The IDEC SmartRelay is the ideal solution for managing automatic lighting, access control, watering systems, pump control, or ventilation systems in factory or home automation.
Remote I/O system (1)

Remote I/O (Input/Output) systems are used to expand the control capabilities of central control systems by allowing devices to be connected over long distances. Instead of having all input and output devices (such as sensors, switches, motors, etc.) wired directly to a central PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) or control system, remote I/O modules are placed close to the devices and connected back to the controller via communication protocols like EtherNet/IP or Modbus.

This setup reduces cabling, simplifies installation, and allows for easy expansion of systems. Remote I/O systems are crucial in applications where equipment is spread over large areas, such as in factories, warehouses, oil and gas fields, and transportation systems. The modular design of remote I/O systems often makes it easy to adapt to changes and additions, enhancing flexibility and reducing downtime in industrial operations.

Software (5)
At IDEC, we believe in reducing your design costs by providing state-of-the art configuration tools. Our automation software is developed to meet that challenge and engineers at IDEC strive to provide you with the best in the marketplace. We encourage you to use our DEMO versions of software and give us your feedback in order to serve you better in the future.
